Holly's passion for training and mentoring aspiring hairdressers began in 2011 when she started training successful apprentices. Recognising the need for high-quality, personalised training in the industry, she took the next step and launched her own Training Academy in 2020. At the academy, Holly is dedicated to providing one-on-one training in hairdressing and hair extensions, ensuring that each student receives the individual attention and guidance they need to excel in their craft.
In addition to her academy, Holly has traveled extensively throughout the UK, sharing her knowledge and support with others in the industry. Her commitment to education and growth has led her to work as a lead educator for 'Invisible Weave,' a renowned hair extension company. Through this role, Holly has played a pivotal role in helping numerous individuals kickstart their long-standing and successful careers in hairdressing.
